Life in XuHui...

XuHui is a major retail center in ShangHai, and is home to mega malls, electronic superstores, and a sprawling home furnishings district. The north west area includes some of the cities most well preserved old lane houses and garden villas. The south east area is a newer neighborhood with wide streets, high rise apartment complexes, and lots of neon lights. XuHui is fast becoming a major transportation hub with stations for Metro line 1,3, and 4, and is extremely convenient for professionals who often commute to PuDong.

Living Style

TianPing Lu & HuNan Lu community. This leafy tree lined north east area straddles the edge of the French Concession and XuJiaHui Park, making it very popular with both expats and locals who desire to live in a quiet prestigious neighborhood right in the heart of the city.

The XuJiaHui community is a fast paced modern suburb with scores of new high rise apartment compounds, this neighborhood is home to a large percentage of ShangHai's young professional population who enjoy living close to the large malls and Metro station.
